Terms of Service

Ad2apply provides AI-assisted tools that help job seekers tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and track job applications. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome from using the service.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ad2apply.

You agree not to:

• Use Ad2apply to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent application materials.
• Upload content that violates any law or infringes someone else's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs.
• Share account access or resell access to the platform.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free accounts are limited as described on the pricing page. When a free trial ends, continued use requires an active paid plan.

Ad2apply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mapeasy Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@mapeasy.io.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Ad2apply after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
