Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide directly and a small amount of technical data automatically:

• Account data: email address, authentication tokens, and subscription status when you sign up or sign in.
• Resume and job content: the resume text or files you upload, job descriptions you paste, and any extra notes you enter so we can tailor your application.
• Generated documents: tailored resumes, cover letters, and any notes you attach when you save them to your library or tracker.
• Usage data: document generation counts, library saves, and subscription tier information used to enforce plan limits and billing.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and error logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use your data only to operate and improve Ad2apply:

• Generate tailored resumes and cover letters based on your inputs.
• Save your documents to your cloud-synced library and job tracker.
• Enforce plan limits (Free, Pro, Premium) and process payments.
• Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your raw resume or identifiable content to train general-purpose AI models.

Ad2apply is built on Lovable Cloud, which provides hosting, authentication, and database services powered by Supabase. Your account data, library items, and tracker entries are stored in a Supabase database protected by Row Level Security (RLS) so each user can only access their own records.

When you generate documents, your resume text and job description are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Google Gemini) for processing. These transmissions occur on a pass-through basis. We do not permanently store the raw prompts or responses unless you explicitly save the generated document to your library.

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other approved transfer mechanisms to protect your data when it crosses borders.

You can:

• View, rename, and delete saved documents in your library.
• Delete tracker entries and notes at any time.
• Request account or data deletion by emailing info@mapeasy.io.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you may also have the right to access, correct, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

We protect your account with email-based or OAuth authentication. Database rows are isolated by user ID through Row Level Security. We do not store payment card details; Stripe handles all billing and card data under its own security and privacy standards.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately.

Ad2apply is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
